The staff - from front desk to hotel maintenance - everyone was incredibly friendly and responsive to requests...what a great team of employees!

No - everything was beyond my expectations!

The gym equipment was modern and well-maintained, plus the nearby beaches offered perfect conditions for kayaking.

Hotel staff went above and beyond with their service, particularly reception and fitness center had everything needed for a morning workout before heading to the beach.

Breakfast at the main restaurant offered incredible variety, while the nearby Promthep Cape viewpoint made for perfect sunset photos.

The main pool's swim-up bar created a fun social atmosphere, while the short walk to Nai Harn Beach meant we could enjoy both hotel and natural amenities

The staff was friendly and the room size was fine.

Didn't feel like a 5-star hotel. It wasn't super clean (hair on the bed on arrival, and the floor was quite dirty around the shower). Plus, the floor in the buffet restaurant is quite messy. On the first day, a staff member tried to enter our room without knocking (it was the person who had tried to fix the AC earlier during the day, he had forgotten his card, but didn't know we had checked in already). Then, we had the Do not disturb sign, and someone knocked to give us cookies. The first night, the AC had an error (66), and it was over 30 degrees in the room, so we could not sleep. The next morning, we managed to fix the AC ourselves.

Resort hotel perfect for couples or families get aways, peaceful with great facilities. Janny Nye helped us with an upgrade after some bathroom problems with first room

A Great Breakfast. Love the omelet chef and the food on offer. Lots of pastries and cakes for breakfast.A very friendly team and very comfortable sleep.

Our garden view suite's living area was spacious and comfortable, while the hotel's location made walking to local bars and cafes a pleasant evening activity.

Our pool access room's balcony offered direct entry to the water, and the hotel's spa treatments were exactly what we needed after exploring the local markets.

Room temperature controls worked excellently, and the hotel's shuttle service made trips to Phuket Town convenient for shopping and dining.
